Geoff Robinson
Geoff’s property background stems from his studies at Curtin University majoring in Property and Marketing as well as developing his experience and knowledge of the markets through his previous employment with two major international commercial agencies. He developed his skills from his role in medium to high density apartment developments and broad acre subdivisions having worked alongside both national and local developers. Geoff’s is involved throughout all stages of the development process beginning with site identification & acquisition, feasibility studies, market analysis, pricing, procurement of contractors right through to the successful sale and settlement of product. At all times he is required to provide input on approaches of how to best maximise a sites potential and cater for the market which he knows intimately from being involved so heavily in some of Perth’s largest and best known projects over the past four years.
Anthony Rizzacasa
Anthony started his career in the property industry after having undertaken studies in structural engineering before transferring across to Architecture and Building Design. Having developed his skills on various projects both locally and internationally, Anthony utilized his background in Architecture, Engineering, and Project Management to become the sole director of boutique design consultancy North Point Drafting and Design. A unique practice, NPD solely caters for developers and investors in the medium to high density residential, commercial, and industrial markets. Of its many attributes, NPD conducts thorough market research and design studies to best suit the particular project, thus ensuring maximum return for investors and developers alike. Anthony has over 10 years design experience and has the competency and management skills to undertake any project regardless of complexity.
